This Website is operated by Tadelakt Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 07797807. The Website content is provided in English and governed by English law. We cannot guarantee compliance with local laws outside the UK.

All design, logos, text, images, graphics and software on the Website are owned by Us or Our licensors. You may print pages for personal use only. Any commercial use or reproduction is prohibited without written permission.
3. WEBSITE CONTENT AND AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep product information accurate, but variations in colour, texture and finish may occur. The Website is provided “AS IS”. We do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You must not misuse the Website, introduce viruses or transmit harmful content. You must not submit unlawful or offensive material. If You are given a password, You must keep it secure.

5. ORDERING PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase. The Contract between You and Us is formed only when We dispatch the Goods. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgments only, not acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an Order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
6. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout. We must receive full payment before dispatch.
We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal. All payments are subject to validation and authorisation.
7. DELIVERY, SHIPPING ORIGIN & IMPORT DUTIES
7.1 Fulfilment Locations
We may ship Goods from the United Kingdom, the United States, or other international warehouses depending on stock availability and logistics. Different items in the same Order may arrive in separate shipments and from different locations.
7.2 Duties and Import Taxes
We generally aim to ship on a Duties Delivery Paid (DDP) basis. However, We reserve the right to ship under standard international terms when required. If Goods are shipped from outside Your country, You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees. These charges are beyond Our control.
7.3 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery dates are estimates. Time is not of the essence. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside Our control.
7.4 Risk and Ownership
Risk in the Goods passes to You upon delivery. Ownership passes when the Goods are delivered.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
8.1 General Return Policy
Due to the nature of Our products, many items are mixed, coloured or prepared specifically to order. These products cannot be resold once opened or handled. Therefore, strict return rules apply.
8.2 FINAL SALE – NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless We confirm a manufacturing defect:
- Tadelakt finishes
- Lime plasters and Microcement
- Pigments, dyes, tints, colourants and powders
- Anything tinted, mixed, coloured or batched to order
- Custom orders, special-order items and made-to-order materials
Once dispatched, these items cannot be cancelled.
8.3 Returnable Items (Tools and Accessories Only)
Tools and accessories may be returned only if ALL conditions are met:
- Item is unused, unopened and in original packaging
- You request the return within 14 days
- We approve the return in advance
- You ship to the return address provided (UK or US, at Our discretion)
8.4 Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved tool returns.
8.5 Return Shipping Costs
You must pay return shipping unless We confirm a manufacturing defect.
8.6 Defective Goods
If You believe Goods are defective, You must stop using them immediately. We may request photos, batch numbers or return of the item. If We confirm a manufacturing defect, We will replace or refund the item at Our discretion.
8.7 Unauthorised Returns
Goods returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
9. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing limits Our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, Our total liability shall not exceed three times the price paid for the Goods in question.
10. GENERAL TERMS
10.1 We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond Our reasonable control (force majeure).
10.2 You may not transfer Your rights under these Terms without Our consent. We may assign or subcontract Our rights at any time.
10.3 If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
10.4 English law governs these Terms. Disputes shall be resolved through the English courts.
